Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Henry Park, recognized for his achievements at Hiden Miami and Morimoto Dubai is leading the team behind the stunning sushi counter of Cutfish Dubai. While the culinary vision of the group is ledby award-winning Brand Chef Ruslan Poliakov, whose expertise honed alongside some of the world’s top chefs ensures a memorable and elevated experience across each of the group’s distinct venues.
